At Black Jacket Vintage, all pieces are genuine vintage or antique, pre worn garments. All carefully selected, cleaned and inspected before sale.

Because of the unique nature of vintage and antique clothing, all sales are considered final and we do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Sizing or fit issues.
• Change of mind.
• Minor signs of wear that are consistent with age. 

We do our best to provide:

• Accurate measurements.
• Detailed descriptions.
• Clear photographs.
• Notes on any significant flaws.

Please check all measurements carefully before purchasing. As vintage sizing can differ significantly from modern sizes, we make every effort to offer the closest approximate modern UK size equivalent, but checking measurements is essential when buying vintage. If you’re unsure about sizing, or need any extra information on a piece, feel free to contact us before ordering – We’re always happy to help.

If your item arrives damaged from transit or significantly different from the description provided, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

We may be able to offer store credit or exchange on a case by case basis.
